We are relocation agents that specialise in letting houses and flats to professional and corporate tenants from local businesses and companies. We are looking for local letting agents to work with to rent properties on a long-term basis for a win-win arrangement. Perhaps you have properties on your books that we could look at?
The letting agent simply needs to find us a suitable property and then collect your commission for the next 3 - 5 years with little effort on your part. Suitable properties are any with 2 or more bedrooms, with a separate living room, dining room and kitchen. We can use properties in most areas, but those near train stations and shops are in most demand.
